1.Both bending and walking are driven by top brand servo motors to ensure stable operation of the equipment and control the processing accuracy within 1mm.
2. A planetary reducer is adopted to control the volume of the equipment. The planetary reducer has a large output torque and can meet the processing requirements of main ribs with a diameter of 36mm.
3. The intermediate clamping mechanism of the reinforcing bars adopts cylinder clamping. The pneumatic clamping device is relatively small in size, which can ensure the minimum center distance of the equipment. The pneumatic structure has a low failure rate in the later stage and a long service life.
4. The reinforcing bar clamping mechanism adopts a flexible reinforcing bar locking mechanism to ensure that the reinforcing bars are clamped without being damaged.

5. The movement adopts a rack and pinion meshing transmission method, and uses 8 sets of support wheels and 4 sets of guide wheels, ensuring the stability of the head movement and making the movement dimensions more precise.
6. The adoption of a two-stage gear reduction structure makes the transmission mode more stable, shortens the center distance of the equipment, and ensures that it can meet the processing requirements of graphics with a bottom edge of 470mm, and can process large arcs up to Φ350mm.
7. By adopting a PLC control system, the four sets of machine heads can directly move to the bending position. After inserting the steel bars, they can be directly bent, reducing the wasted time during the movement of the machine heads. The display screen intelligently shows the shapes of graphics, enabling workers to quickly learn to edit graphics.
8. The operating system is equipped with flexible safety protection functions and multiple photoelectric protection switches to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged in case of misoperation.
