1.The upper and lower electrodes adopt a double-layer cylinder direct pressure pressurization method, which increases the pressure applied within a unit area, ensuring the quality of the welded products. The welding parameters of each group of welding heads can be adjusted separately. The welded products are smooth, beautiful, with uniform and firm weld points.
2. Two rows of welding cylinders at the front and back are suitable for processing mesh sheets with irregular welding points on the same mesh surface.
3. The welding machine transformer adopts a dedicated solder mask transformer and a forced internal water cooling production process.
4. The servo slide table is composed of a slide table base, linear slide rails, servo motors + planetary reducers, etc. Under the control of PLC, the fixture tooling is driven by the servo motor to move freely along the X-axis and Y-axis directions to complete the welding.

5. The control electrical box is used to switch between different welding specifications. For different welding workpieces, different parameters such as output current and discharge time can be set. During welding, these parameters can be switched with one click.
6. Standardized template design: After manual material arrangement, it will automatically carry out welding according to the steps set in the control box. Once the entire mesh is welded, it can be taken out. The welding accuracy is guaranteed and the mechanical continuous cycle processing mode is realized, which can multiply the processing efficiency. Other specifications of positioning mesh can be welded only by changing the tooling fixtures.
